Chengdu Airport Industry Finance Investment Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as airport industry finance company) is a wholly-owned secondary subsidiary of airport development group, with a registered capital of 2 billion yuan and an asset scale of 2.385 billion yuan. It is the core backbone of airport development group in implementing regional comprehensive development and urban operation.

Focus on regional development, adhere to the principles of government guidance, market leading and commercialization logic, and strategically carry out regional development business. At present, urban partners such as Sinohydro bureau 5 and MCC 5 have been introduced to fully promote the planning and development of 5.13 square kilometers of Jiujiang future community, 3.31 square kilometers of huangang Road West area, 8.06 square kilometers of airport business district and 8.4 square kilometers of Yixin Lake area.

Focusing on urban operation and following the integrated operation idea of investment, financing, construction, management and transportation, we will carry out the management and operation of Yixin Lake class A office building, JAL Hotel, enterprise residence, commercial block, airport business district International Conference Center and airport sports park. The completed operation area will be about 200000 m2 in 2021 and 1 million m2 in 2025.
